Service Description
Our Intermediate & Advanced Sparring Class is designed for experienced boxers ready to take their skills to the next level in a controlled, full-contact environment. This class is only open to participants who have completed our Fundamental Sparring Program and have been promoted by our coaches, as we prioritize safety and proper progression. Before booking, all participants must consult with our coaches to assess their suitability for this level of training. Full-contact sparring with advanced opponents focuses on refining strategy, timing, and execution, with sessions supervised to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Proper safety gear, including a mouthguard and headguard, is mandatory for all participants.

Cancellation Policy
Booking opens 1 week before class starts. Booking closes 1 hour before class. Please cancel or reschedule 3 hours before the class to avoid credit deduction. For unlimited memberships, 3 no shows will result in a 1 week ban.
